List of threat abatement plans

This page shows all draft and final NPWS threat abatement plans. This includes:

  • Draft plans on public exhibition. You can send the NPWS a submission about these draft plans.
  • Draft plans pending finalisation. These draft threat abatement plans were on public exhibition at an earlier date, but the period of public submissions is now over.
  • Final threat abatement plans. These plans have been finalised, and are now in operation. You can still send submissions about a final plan. Your comments will be taken into account when the plan is reviewed.

The threat abatement plan (TAP) is aimed at reducing, abating or ameliorating the threat posed by bitou bush and boneseed to threatened species, populations and ecological communities and those species which may become threatened as a result of bitou bush or boneseed invasion.
