List of general immobilisation approvals

In accordance with clause 50 of the Protection of the Environment Operations (Waste) Regulation 2005, OEH has issued the following general immobilisation approvals by notice in the Gazette. 1999/03 - Cattle dip contaminated soil

1999/04 - Activated carbon waste

1999/05 - Ash, ash contaminated natural excavated materials or coal contaminated natural excavated materials

1999/06 - Used oil absorbent materials

2000/08 - Tanalith E treated timber waste

2001/11 - Copper-Chrome-Arsenate (CCA) treated timber waste

2001/12 - Creosote treated timber waste

2005/14 - Coal tar contaminated soil from former gasworks sites

2007/16 - Coal tar contaminated oyster sticks

2009/07 - Metallurgical furnace slag or metallurgical furnace slag contaminated natural excavated materials
