Appealing to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
The Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal reviews the actions of government departments in NSW. It can:
- confirm OEH's decision about your formal application for information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) or personal information application made under the privacy legislation
- disallow that decision and make another in its place
- pass the matter back to OEH, telling us to deal with your application differently.
Refer to What is a review by the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal? in relation to GIPA Act decisions.
