Appealing to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal
The NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal reviews the actions of government departments in NSW. It can:
- confirm OEH's decision about your formal application for information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) or personal information application made under the privacy legislation
- disallow that decision and make another in its place
- pass the matter back to OEH, telling us to deal with your application differently.
Refer to What is a review by the Administrative Decisions Tribunal? in relation to GIPA Act decisions.
