NSW Government agency NABERS ratings

NSW Government agencies are improving the environmental performance of owned and leased buildings

The Government Resource Efficiency Policy (GREP) aims at driving resource efficiency by NSW Government agencies. A part of the GREP is for agencies to achieve and maintain a National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) energy rating of 4.5 stars and a water rating of 4 stars for buildings over 2000 square meters by June 2017.

The more stars in a NABERS rating, the better the environmental performance.

NABERS energy and water ratings for owned and leased government buildings are available below to enable agencies to demonstrate their current performance against GREP.
