Statement of significance:

Typical of the modest rural dwellings built throughout the district early this century, though more decorative than most. Good local example of a Federation design. Little altered and complete with well planted garden.

Physical description: Good Federation house. More decorative than most other rural dwellings in the district. Weatherboard with corrugated iron roofing. Diagonal plan arrangement with gabled projections on front and one side. Skillion verandah between. Complex roof form with gambrelled main roof. Shingles to gables and window hoods below. Square verandah posts with astragals. Iron lace brackets and valence. Minor alterations only to visible facade. Set back from road in well planted grounds.
Modifications and dates: Minor alterations only, including screen door and possible reglazing.
