These cottages are of local significance as representative of the early twentieth century workmen's housing in Enfield district

Physical description: Located at the corner of Tavistock Street, these semi-detached Federation cottages are well maintained and substantially intact .
A symmetrical fa├žade features brick construction, corrugated iron roof with projecting pressed metal gables, corrugated iron bull nosed verandah roof, simple timber verandah posts on brick supports and scalloped barge boards.


Historical notes: These cottages were built in the early twentieth century as workmen's cottages.
