Construction years: 1890-1890
Physical description: A two-storeyes brick mansion of considerable proportions. It features slate roof with decorated terracotta ridge capping, bay windows, frontporch on both storeyes and massive chimneys with strapwork. The timber work details of the mansion are intact.


Historical notes: This mansion was built circa 1890 on Croydon Park Estate, which was subdivided in 1878.
