Description

Construction years: 1901-1901
Physical description: Group of brick Federation houses showing a variety of styles, but great similarity in form and materials. Slate or terracotta hipped and gabled roofs and bow verandahs at front to all houses except No.25 with porch are their common features. Most retain original detail.

History

Historical notes: Built in the early 1900s after area subdivided in 1901 as Jeffrey's Estate No.1.
