Description

Construction years: 1910-1913
Physical description: Group of Federation houses of brick with Marseilles tile, slate or concrete tile roofs. Most retain original windows, doors, verandah posts, brackets and valences. Front fences also included in listing.

History

Historical notes: Built 1910-1913 for various owners, mostly from business or the professions on Jeffrey's Estate No.5 which was subdivided in 1910.
