A notable Federation style house which provides a suitable entry to Canterbury's most important streetscape.

Construction years: 1910-1910
Physical description: Brick Federation style house with return verandah on two sides. Timber posts and fretwork intact. Marseilles tile roof with decorated ridge capping. Front fence not included in listing.


Historical notes: Built in the 1910s on Harcourt Estate which was subdivided in 1889.
