An intact example of timber Federation cottage in an appropriate garden setting.

Construction years: 1910-1910
Physical description: A large double fronted weatherboard house with return verandah. It features galvanised iron gabled roof, Federation detailing on front gable, verandah posts, valences and verandah railings, original front fence. Intact condition.


Historical notes: It was built in circa 1910 on Belmore Estate No.1, which was subdivided in 1904.
