Statement of significance:

An early villa associated with the building of the railway through to Bankstown.

Construction years: 1915-1915
Physical description: A weatherboard house with front verandah and asbestos tile hipped roof. Verandah covered by galvanised iron roof. Dormers in roof. Restrained Federation timber detailing. Picket fence and gate included in listing.


Historical notes: Built circa 1915 on Belmore Township Estate which was subdivided in 1906. Railway to Chapel Road was extended north of The Boulevarde in 1909.
