Physical description: Attractive Edwardian house on important corner site in sound condition. Needs some maintenance but virtually intact, down to original picket fences. Local red brick with extensive rendered quoining, on corners and around openings. Corrugated iron roof with bullnosed verandah on two sides. Stop chamfered timber posts with cornices and plain arched valences. Sash windows with one set of french doors. Pebble dash gables with "rising sun" timber motifs. Three brick chimneys with roughcast render. Important streetscape building.
