Specially designed corner houses displaying some outstanding Edwardian decoration. Simple 1920's, timber posted fence.

Description

Physical description: Outstanding early Bungalow on key corner site. Presents different and interesting frontages to both streets. Terracotta roof tiles with ridge caping and finials. Roughcast chimney with clay pots. Flat roofed verandah on brick piers. Roughcast strip on piers and balustrade infill. Special features are leadlight casement windows original fence, arched entry porch (Tamworth Street) and "oeil de boeuf" with brick decoration (Darling Street). Attractively landscaped garden areas. In sound condition and essentially unaltered. Major streetscape significance.
