Physical description: Late Edwardian symmetrical house with bellcast corrugated iron roof. Verandah wraps right around building. Double timber posts on masonry piers with simple fretwork timber brackets. Casement windows with decorative sills. Door has sidelights and fanlight. In very good condition with attractive garden surrounds. Pergola at gate entrance is of special interest. Two chimneys in roughcast render.
