Statement of significance:

One of the street's early twentieth century houses of special interest. Probably built just after the First World War, it would be best described as Late or Post - Edwardian. The timber decoration is characteristically Edwardian but the heavy brick piers mark the transition to the late Bungalow style. The outstanding individual feature is the hipped verandah roof and its combination with the main roof.
