History

Historical notes: John Hawdon Jnr organised the construction of this house in 1914. The land was originally owned by William Campbell, then by his Trustees following his death. Ball and Ziegler both used this land for a monumental mason business until 1912. The house has nothing to do with either. The land was then sold to John Hawdon Junior in 1914.
