Statement of significance:

This Federation cottage is part of a group of modest original dwellings which form a valuable part of the Pound streetscape. It is indicative of the early character of Grafton.

Description

Physical description: A single storey timber cottage of five rooms with gabled iron roof and bullnosed verandah to the front and side. Many original elements have been replaced. Aluminium windows replace timber on the front projecting gable. Timber barge board. Side walls have been clad with fibro. Interior not seen. Picket fence to front.
