Statement of significance:

A good example of a weatherboard clad Federation cottage, with steeply pitched iron roof and bullnose across the front verandah. It contributes to the historic character of Villiers street.

Description

Physical description: A high set largely intact Federation style weatherboard cottage with hipped iron roof and bullnosed verandah. Joinery appears original. Metal sunhoods over side windows. No substantial garden. Picket fence. Interior has timber flooring.
