Statement of significance:

This Federation period residence makes a substantial contribution because of its form, scale, use of traditional materials and elaborate decoration to the Fitzroy streetscape. Decoration to the front projecting window and barge board are architecturally significant.

Physical description: A single storey (with attic space) weatherboard residence with elaborate joinery around the front window with semi- circular heads. Iron roof with bull nosed verandah. Brick chimney intact. Decorative iron work under the verandah board.

Well maintained but painted in a non traditional colour scheme.
