Statement of significance:

One of several historic weatherboard cottages in Federation Street. Possibly of inter-war age this simple dwelling with original elements contributes to the historic fabric of Federation Street.

Physical description: One of several historic weatherboard cottages in Federation Street. This is a single storey weatherboard cottage originally with a four room core. A hipped short sheet iron roof extends over the front and side verandah. Casement windows to the front (which could be a later makeover) and front door with fan light. The verandah is partly screened with wide timber louvers to the front and side. verandah posts are plain with slats below the verandah rail. Double hung side windows are covered by original metal sunhoods with scalloped edges. Located in the centre of a large block there is no historically significant garden except for a mango tree in the rear yard.
