Statement of significance:

While modified with the enclosure of a front verandah the form and scale of this weatherboard clad Federation cottage with its projecting front gable contributes to the historic Bent Street landscape. It is representative of its type.

Physical description: Federation weatherboard cottage with projecting gable to the front. Steeply pitched hipped iron roof with skillion over the front verandah. verandah now enclosed covering front wall which was crafted to look like brick work. Brick chimney intact.
