Statement of significance:

This restored Federation dwelling demonstrates growth in Grafton at the turn of the century. It is representative of its type and is largely intact. It contributes to the historic fabric of Pound Street.

Physical description: Single story Federation cottage with gable to the front and side. Steeply pitched gabled iron roof with bull-nose over the front and side verandah. Front gable has moulded window surround. verandah supported by timber posts and infilled with fibros cement below the verandah rail. Iron filigree work under the verandah board. Picket fence to the street with garage/car port at the rear.
