Physical description: Single storey rectangular platform Federation cottage. Low pitch, large simple roof form. Diamond patterned (Belgian) shingles to roof (1990), with upper gable infill. Tall brick chimney with dual terracotta chimney pots. Wide eaves and verandahs with exposed rafters. Plain timber verandah posts.Informal lawns and gardens
