Physical description: Single storey weatherboard and corrugated iron federation style bungalow, broken back roof. Flush cement sheet cladding to verandah infills. Grouped timber posts to verandahs on two sides. Flush cement sheet cladding to verandah balustrades detracts. Timber

Modifications and dates: Front balustrade infill of cement sheet does not appear original. Window awning sheeting (originally corrugated iron?) may have been replaced with cement sheet.
Further information: Recomendations: Explore original balustrade to verandahs. Maintain parking provision at rear of site.
