Physical description: Single storey brick & stucco rendered and terracotta tile bungalow of Federation/Bungalow influence. Pseudo stone cornered edges to building. Flush cement sheet cladding to street facing gables with timber cover battens. Gable treatment altered to flush cement sheet - previous timber shingles. Grouped timber posts to verandahs on two sides.
Modifications and dates: Gables altered with flush cement sheet in lieu of timber shingles as now only exist to timber awnings. Enclosed front verandah opened up to form original verandah enclosure.
Further information: Encourage further reinstatement of timber shingles to verandahs. Review front fenve construction.

Historical notes: Excellent example of transitional Bungalow style with fence and garden intact. Reflects a mixture of styles as found elsewhere locally
