Physical description: Single storey weatherboard and corrugated iron federation style cottage. Asymetrical formed corner siting in affluent street area across the road from Wingham Courthouse. Cement sheet to upper gables, decorative barge boards, above street facing bay windows. Deeply recessed skillion verandah to corner. Enclosed bullnose style verandah to neighbour side. Some leadlight glazing. Decorative wrough iron infill to verandah balustrades.
