Physical description: Single storey weatherboard construction with hipped and decorative street facing gable, corrugated iron roof.
Federation style influences with small eaves overhang and some additions such as bullnose front verandah enclosure in weatherboards. Front verandah is deeply recessed with timber posts at regular centres. Review original balustrade materials.
