Construction years: 1900-
Physical description: The house at 268 Pebbly Beach Road, Cattai is a fine single storey Federation house with influences of the arts and crafts style. Facing west to Pebbly Hill Road, it has a hipped and gabled roof with a turned timber screen on the west facing gable. Fretwork barge boards finish the gable. Verandahs either side of the central gable are bullnosed. The house has casement windows, with an awning over the gable window.
