The house has a hipped and gabled roof with a feature gable on the right side of the George Street elevation. A bullnose verandah is on the left side of the street elevation.

The roof is of corrugated steel and the walls are of Flemish bond brickwork. There are two corbelled brick chimneys with a dentilated detail in the brickwork.

The gable front features a fine fretwork timber screen with a sunray motif. A set of venetian double hung windows with an awning shaped roof below. Rendered pilasters complete the composition.

The front door is four panelled with a toplight and sidelights.

The verandah is trimmed with a cast iron valance.

The house has reproduction aluminium lacework on the awning roof over the gable window.

Historical notes: No building is shown on the Ausust 1894 survey of Wilberforce but there was an allotment fenced in here, as part of a larger portion.

Auctioned by the Crown at Windsor 20 January 1897 and bought by George Dunstan farmer of Wilberforce for 7 pounds. The house appears to have been built soon afterwards. It stayed in Dunstan's hands until his death and passed to his widow Amelia Jane in December 1936.
