Description

Construction years: 1910-
Physical description: Primrose Cottage is a single storey Federation period house. It has a hipped and gabled roof which is bellcast over the verandah. A gable penetrates the verandah roof and the main roof has ventilation gablets at the sides. There is a single corbelled brick chimney with terracotta pots.

The house has corrugated steel roofing and is clad with weatherboards. The verandah is supported on timber posts with curved brackets. Paired casement windows open to the verandah and in the front gable.
