Ebenezer Villa is a good example of a substantial house of the federation period featuring sandstone construction.

Physical description: Ebenezer Villa is set on the west side of Tizzana Road and is well screened from the road by large shrubs. It is a large sandstone house with a hipped roof finished with small ventilation gablets. Two substantial sandstone chimneys with stepped corbels are on either side of the gablets. On the north side of the house is the base of a larger chimney, now capped off. The roof is of corrugated steel.
Modifications and dates: A substantial pavilion to the rear of the house is linked to the house by a wintergarden, all built in the late twentieth century.
