Statement of significance:

Simple weatherboard cottage now rare for this area. Features some fine detailing. Essentially unaltered though badly in need of maintenance. Appears to be quite early.

Construction years: 1890-
Physical description: Old weatherboard cottage. Oriented north-west to The Crescent. Federation period adopting traditional Georgian form. Symmetrical design. Pyramidal iron roof continuous with skillion verandah. Simple posts and brackets. Original door with sidelights and highlight. French doors either side. Lapped boarding including balustrade. Separate bullnosed verandah on north side returning to rear and enclosed with lattice. Brick chimneys now painted. Appears abandoned and garden area overgrown. In need of maintenance but essentially unaltered. Visible from streets on three sides. Fence lost.

Modifications and dates: Restoration and alterations to the interior and exterior and subdivision of land in 2012. (DA/605/2011).
