Statement of significance:

Good example of an Federation period Arts and Crafts style house. Original detail in good condition. Sympathetically altered.

Physical description: Large Federation period house on hatchet-shaped allotment. Face brick walls. Steeply pitched terracotta roof with exposed rafters. Face brick chimneys with terracotta pots. Extensive shingling to gables skirted. Leadlight casement windows in groups of three sashes. Segmental arch heads with soldier coursing. Verandahs with timber posts on brick piers.
