Statement of significance:

Good example of a Federation period house. Original detail in good condition including casement windows and verandah posts. Little altered.

Physical description: Federation period house. Face brick walls. Complex terracotta tiled roof. Verandah returns to west side with gablet over ingle-nook. Solid decorative verandah posts with single brackets. Exposed rafters to eaves. Casement windows. Excellent leadlight to ingle-nook. Original door with sidelights and highlight. Sympathetic period style picket fence probably new. Well planted front garden.
