Physical description: Federation period Bungalow. Face brick walls. Terracotta tiled roof. Exposed rafters. Rendered chimney with brick corbelling and terracotta pots. Slightly asymmetrical design. Single large shingled gable over porch. Paired single-pane casement windows with segmental arched heads and butterscotch lights above. Good picket fence probably recent. Decoration generally restrained.
