Statement of significance:

Good example of a Federation Bungalow. Unusual design includes three gables and verandah which wraps around splayed corner. Good condition and virtually unaltered.

Physical description: Federation house. Dichromatic brick walls. Complex slate roof. Diagonal plan arrangement. Ingle-nook on corner splay with verandah returning around. Simple paired posts above brick piers with scalloped valences. Decorative pressed metal to corner gablet. Hooded bay windows below front and side gables. Pressed metal hoods. Double-hung windows. Original doors. Sidelights and toplights to window. Oeil de boeuf. Exposed rafter eaves. Corbelled brick and roughcast chimneys. Terracotta and masonry steps. Wrought iron balustrade. Timber and wire mesh fence with hedge.
