Physical description: Large Federation Bungalow style house. Complex slate roof with ventilated gablets and terracotta ridge capping. Corbelled brick chimneys with cast iron pots. Roof continuous over verandah which wraps around two sides. Curved valance. Simple square posts. Brick balustrade and tapering piers. French windows to verandah.
