Statement of significance:

Good example of a late Federation house. Virtually unaltered and in good condition. Unusual gabled porch. Rich in fine detail typical of the period.

Physical description: Late Federation house. Brick and roughcast walls. Slate roof. Gabled porch at entry beside gabled projection. Gabled projection to Hampden Road elevation as well. Decorative rendered gables with moulded barge boards. Skirted shingling to gables. Deep exposed rafter eaves with brackets. Decoration generally restrained. Low brick fence. Well planted garden area.
