Statement of significance:

Example of a late Federation Georgian Style house. Integrity compromised by painted brick side verandah enclosures and various minor alterations.

Physical description: Late Federation brick house. Symmetrical design with long frontage. Bellcast terracotta tiled roof over verandah which returns to one side. Scalloped valence. Timber columns with moulded bases. Central gablet over entry in roughcast. Double-hung windows with small coloured panes. Original half-glazed door with sidelights.


Historical notes: This was the home of the Turnidge family for many years.
