Good example of a Federation brick bungalow. Fine quality detail. In good condition.

Construction years: 1910-
Physical description: Federation Bungalow. Standard type. Face brick walls. Corrugated iron roof with exposed rafters. Roof bell-cast over verandah. Walls roughcast at sides. Good decoration and joinery to gable. Iron lace brackets to verandah are possibly replacements. Little altered.

Historical notes: Built by William Bryant Stokes for his daughter on land which was part of the Stokes' grant of the 1860's.
