Statement of significance:

Good example of an early Federation farm cottage in traditional form with wrap-around verandah. Retains much original detail and is little altered.

Physical description: Old weatherboard cottage. Probably 1890's traditional Georgian form. Hipped roof now in unsympathetic metal cladding. Original bullnosed verandah with flat timber posts. Original door. Double-hung windows either side.
