Statement of significance:

Very unusual late Federation servants house. Representative of estate style living as part of Elwatan. Though considerably altered it retains its most important feature: a tiled roof with cylindrical water tower.Originally part of Elwatan.

Builder/Maker: BJ Waterhouse
Physical description: Late Federation servants house. Originally part of Elwatan estate. Brick walls now rendered and painted or tiled. Complex hipped terracotta tile roof with dormers and cylindrical tower with bellcast copper roof. Tower originally a water tank for the property. Boxed eaves. Casement windows to dormers.


Historical notes: Originally used as accomodation for one of the chauffeurs.
