Statement of significance:

Cultural planting and restored fence and garden of Federation period. Of local significance.

Physical description: Large Victorian weatherboard house with fine mature garden trees and border planting layout. Handsome and sympathetically reconstructed gates with lapped round-top painted paling fence. Recent brick paving to entry and around Deodar. Significant trees include the shapely Deodar (to 14m) as the central feature of the front entry garden. Also mature Mexican entry pine (?) to 16m at rear with elegant Smoothbark Angophora. Group of indigenous Turpentines to 14m on nature strip. Border planting of traditional plants include Rhododendron Azalea and Camellias as well as smaller species including flowers.
