Physical description: Federation house with clipped evergreen hedge to 1.5m and Herringbone brick driveway (probably not original) sympathetic. Garden conserves a group of Turpentines on east boundary (lopped to 15m) and Jacaranda on southern boundary to 9m. Border planting of Azaleas and Annuals with Sasangua Camellia and a well maintained lawn.
