This is a significant building in the group due to its architectural character, the intact picket fence, the entrance pergola and its prominent corner location.

Physical description: Tall single storey galvanized iron gambrel roof with reduced slope over the verandah. Gable end with bay window, timber weatherboards.
The front garden contains a picket fence and entry pergola. Garden includes Wysteria over the pergola and a high clipped hedge to Brae and Andrew Streets,
