Statement of significance:

No.'s 4-14 Gray Street are locally significant as a rare group of Edwardian 2-storey terraces constructed within the c1890 Kogarah Township Estate (Railway suburb est 1884). They represent consolidation of the Kogarah Town Centre with the establishment of the railway.

Physical description: Victorian Gothic/Edwardian. 2-storey terrace group. Face brick (some rendered). Projecting single storey verandah. Slate roofs (some tiled). Distinctive set of terraces. Projecting awning to front elevation on second storey windows.
Modifications and dates: Tiled roofs, Aluminium windows. Brick Fences.
