Statement of significance:

SIGNIFICANCE - 1993: A charming and unusual cottage.
Its significance is somewhat diminished by changes to the roofing material, and substitution of an inappropriate small aluminium sliding window in the place of a tall original window.

Physical description: PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS - 1993:
Architectural Style: vernacular version of Federation Queen Anne
Materials: Frame - timber
Roof - hipped with ornamental gable in front. cement tiles
Walls/Cladding - lapped weatherboards
Windows - DH, 2-panes/sash in front, aluminium sliding on side.
Floors -
Interior -
Unusual T-shaped cottage with a tiny porch set under the corner of the front roof for the entrance door, and a verandah on each side of the leg of the Tee.
Surviving detailing includes a bay in front with elaborate windows and an ornate pressed metal hood.
Modifications and dates: The roof tiles and sliding aluminium window
Current use: 1993: domestic residence
