Physical description: PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS - 1993:
Location: south side of Excelsior Parade, opposite Pemell Street
Architectural Style: Vernacular Federation/bungalow
Materials: Frame - timber
Roof - terra cotta tiles, hips and gables
Walls/Cladding - lapped weatherboards
Windows - timber casements
Floors - ?
Interior - ?
Weatherboard single-storey house with hipped tile roof covering the house and a return verandah.
A front room with bay window projects forward under a hipped sub-roof, and a side room steps out under a gable roof.
The verandah has a brick base, timber columns with tulip-pattern brackets, and wooden railings with diagonally-crossed balusters.
Modifications and dates: New TC tile roof - part glazed.
Hipped verandah roof added on west side for garage/carport.
The protruding front room under its hipped sub-roof might be an addition.
Current use: 1993: domestic residence
