Historical notes: Built by the father of the present owner. Demonstrates Federation and bungalow styles, and uses three different types of columns - turned timber columns, classical, and columns with unusual bulbous base. All original details intact - terracotta tiles to verandah; external timber work has either been very well cared for or replaced as all turning and moulds are quite clear. Early lattice screen to east wall. Nature garden of shrubs, roses, hibiscus. Pine hedge to tennis court. Stone fence and iron gate.
